Navigator.tech, a digital marketing platform designed to help advertisers reach travellers through data-driven advertising, needed a comprehensive brand identity and UX.
With a global audience and complex services, it was crucial to create a visual and verbal identity that felt both accessible and trustworthy and worked to demistify complex technologies and reassure clients about working with data and cookies.
We developed a warm and approachable brand personality for Navigator.tech, using friendly visuals, a consistent font set, and bespoke illustrations to establish a welcoming tone. The dynamic website was designed to introduce and explain the platform clearly, while the user portal, storyboarded in collaboration with a development team in India, allowed advertisers to manage campaigns from anywhere with ease. A suite of digital marketing tools and assets, including a downloadable crash course in digital marketing tailored for travellers, was created to support the international sales and marketing teams.
The rebrand led to a significant improvement in attracting new clients, with a frictionless onboarding process contributing to a better user experience. The approachable brand personality and user-friendly website successfully demystified complex technologies, making the platform feel safe and accessible for a global audience. As the Creative Director, I acted as the liaison between the client’s marketing team and our creative team, ensuring a cohesive and effective final product.
